Scoop return policy
The following Terms apply only to our Scoop pantry items sold directly by KatKin to you the consumer.
1.1 As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 during the period mentioned in 1.2. This means that during this period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep the goods, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
1.2 Your legal right to cancel a contract starts from the date of receiving order confirmation via email, which is when the contract between us is formed. The deadline is 14 days after this point.
1.3 If the goods are not defective, it is the consumer's responsibility to return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
1.4 When you return a product to us it must be in the same condition as you received it. It is your responsibility as the consumer to return the goods.
1.5 We can reduce the amount of money refunded for goods returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected. For example, the handling you would do in a shop. This is in accordance with your statutory rights.
1.6 If you claim that the goods are defective, we will examine the returned goods (or other evidence provided) and will notify you of your refund by email. We will process the refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods or when we receive evidence that the goods are defective.
