As a thank you for going all-in for your cats' health, we're trialling a multi-cat discount with a small number of customers. So, as long as you have more than one active fresh food plan, every box of food that you get delivered will receive a 5% discount.
What's included in the 5% off?
The discount is applied to any food plan, whether that's four weeks, six weeks or the two week freezer plan. Pantry extras (Nibbles and Sprinkles) are also included.
Please note that Scoop litter plans aren't included but you can still save on Scoop by buying 4 bags at once - just update the quantity in your account.
What if I have another discount code that I want to use?
Our system only allows one discount code at a time, so if you have another one (for example, a refer-a-friend discount), you'll need to remove the multi-cat discount in your account before applying the new one. Don't worry, once you've used the other code, we will automatically re-apply your multi-cat discount.
How long is the multi-cat discount valid?
As mentioned, we're just testing this with a small group of customers at the moment. In the unlikely event that we decide not to continue with the discount we'll give you plenty of notice.
What if I drop down to just one fresh food plan?
The discount will only be available if you're ordering fresh food on multiple plans, so it will be removed if you move to just one active fresh food plan. This will happen automatically so you don't need to do anything.
